How does pricing work?
Every job starts with a clear, upfront quote — either from photos and a description or a quick on-site visit for bigger work. You approve the price before we begin, and you will never see a surprise charge on the invoice.
Is there a minimum, or can you do small jobs?
Small jobs are our bread and butter. We have a modest one-hour minimum, and most homeowners bundle a handful of little fixes into a single visit to get the most value out of the trip.
